FOR INSTRUCTORS

Teach what you love. We'll handle the rest.

We're building a team of experienced instructors across piano, voice, guitar, strings, and more. If you're a music professional who wants to focus on teaching while we handle the business, we'd love to talk.

WHY TEACH WITH JUBILATE

A real academy team behind every lesson.

Focus on teaching, not the business

We handle marketing, scheduling, payments, and operations. No more chasing leads, building websites, or managing invoices.

A name that builds trust

Teach under the Jubilate name and benefit from our reputation for experienced, classical instruction. Families come to us already knowing what we stand for.

Flexibility on your terms

Teach from your home studio, your students' homes, or shared studio space as it becomes available. Set your own schedule and keep your independence as a 1099 professional.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experienced. Passionate. Student-centered.

You're a serious musician with real teaching experience. You believe in classical foundations and personalized instruction, and you care about your students' growth as much as their progress.

We don't require a specific degree, but every instructor goes through an audition and trial lesson with our Lead Instructor, Paul Raddin, to make sure we're the right fit for each other.

  • Strong musicianship and command of your instrument
  • Teaching experience or formal music education
  • Comfortable with students of different ages and levels
  • Shares our values: warmth, patience, and high standards
  • Willing to teach under the Jubilate name and way of operating
